Delivery Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer acknowledgments.
• Maintain delivery records and update delivery status in the system.
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required.
• Ensure products are delivered in good condition.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Resolve basic customer queries during delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and traffic regulations.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
• Basic smartphone and mobile application usage skills.
• Responsible and trustworthy attitude.
• Problem-solving skills for handling delivery-related issues.

Qualification:

• 10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, or Any Degree.
• Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler as required).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

• ₹2.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives (Based on performance and experience)
