Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Production & Manufacturing Staff to support daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a team environment and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per instructions.
• Assist in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and quality checking processes.
• Monitor production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain production records and reports as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Ability to operate machinery and production equipment.
• Good physical stamina and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• 10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

• ₹2.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
