Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance
- Maintain billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
- Sales and inventory management skills
Eligibility:
- Any degree or diploma preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/store management
- Experience in supermarket, apparel, electronics, or FMCG stores is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
