Relationship & Centre Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship & Centre Manager to manage branch/centre operations while building strong relationships with customers. The role involves overseeing daily centre activities, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in banking, financial services, or customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the centre/branch
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Acquire new customers and promote financial products/services
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
  • Supervise centre staff and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain reports, MIS, and compliance documentation

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of sales, customer service, and operations
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, MIS reporting)
  • Ability to meet targets and manage teams

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or retail sales
  • Experience in relationship management or branch operations is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
