Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office administration and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents.
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and office reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

  • Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, Any Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

  • ₹2.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
