Finance & Banking Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance & Banking Executive to support daily banking and financial operations. The candidate will handle customer transactions, assist with account services, promote financial products, and ensure compliance with banking procedures. This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates with an interest in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and documentation
• Handle daily banking transactions and customer queries
• Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and cards
• Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with banking rules and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of banking, finance, and accounting
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, banking software, email)
• Ability to handle customers professionally

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, BBA, or related field preferred
• Freshers with basic finance knowledge can apply
• Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
