Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and businesses to promote company products and services.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business performance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Basic computer and smartphone application knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Qualification:

  • Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, Any Degree.

Salary:

  • ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on performance and experience)
