Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for both freshers with good communication skills and experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online sources
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Present company products/services to potential customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain customer data and prepare sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to do field work (if required)

Eligibility:

  • Any degree / diploma (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers can apply; training will be provided
  • Experience in sales or business development is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
