Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Customer Service Manager to support daily customer service operations and assist in managing a service team. The candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and help improve service quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operations
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor service quality, response times, and customer feedback
- Assist in training and mentoring customer service executives
- Maintain customer records and prepare service reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Ensure company policies and service standards are followed
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, email systems)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Eligibility:
- Any graduate (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Experience in banking, retail, BPO, or service industries is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
