Associate Customer Service Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Customer Service Manager to support daily customer service operations and assist in managing a service team. The candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and help improve service quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operations
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and customer feedback
  • Assist in training and mentoring customer service executives
  • Maintain customer records and prepare service reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Ensure company policies and service standards are followed

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, email systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Eligibility:

  • Any graduate (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Experience in banking, retail, BPO, or service industries is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:
