Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel within the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and businesses to promote company products and services.
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking.
- Meet sales targets and achieve business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer and smartphone application knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Qualification:
- Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, Any Degree.

Salary:
- ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on performance and experience)
