Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, and provide information about the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when required.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualification:

  • Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, Any Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

  • ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA + Incentives (Based on skills and experience)
