Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers.
  • Promote and sell company products and services.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales activities if required.

Qualification:

  • Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, Any Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary:

  • ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA + Incentives (Based on performance and experience)
